On March 19, 2024, a plenary session of the Business Council at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń was held. The main topic of the meeting was to discuss changes in the curriculum offer at the Faculty, which aim to adapt first-cycle education programs to the needs of the Region. Proposals were discussed in areas such as: economics, digital economy, logistics and management.
Shareholders' Meeting, 2025-03-26
During the General Meeting of Shareholders of Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific (CPP), significant changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board (SB) were announced. Retiring Luc Imbert, Vice President of CPW - Director of the European Region, will end his function as a member of the CPP SB on April 30, 2025. From May 1, 2025, his place will be taken by Corinne Emonet, who will be a member of the SB as the successor of L. Imbert as Vice President of CPW. Eric Bertran, supervising legal issues at CPW, will continue to serve as a member of the SB. Wojciech B. Sobieszak remains the Chairman of the Board. During the meeting, an important change in the composition of the Management Board of Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific was also approved. Sławomir Zbąski joined the Management Board as a member of the Management Board for production and technical services. Until now, as the director of the factory in Toruń and the director of technical services, he supported the work of the Management Board in an advisory capacity.
The anniversary year of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, 2025-02-18
Nicolaus Copernicus University (NCU) in Toruń celebrates its 80th anniversary this year. The year 2025 has been declared the Year of Jubilees at NCU, as the university also celebrates the 40th anniversary of the Medical Academy in Bydgoszcz and the 20th anniversary of the merger of the Medical Academy in Bydgoszcz with UMK, which resulted in the establishment of Collegium Medicum NCU. One of the points of the jubilee celebrations was a gala dinner hosted by the Rector Magnificus, Prof. Andrzej Tretyn. At this prestigious event, Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific was represented by Wojciech B. Sobieszak, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, NCU graduate and University Ambassador.

On December 13, the Conference Center of the Filmar Hotel in Toruń hosted a summary of 2024 at Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific (CPP). The meeting was attended by honorary guests, including Piotr Całbecki, Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Aleksander Wasilewski, President of the Management Board of Nestlé Polska SA, and Wojciech B. Sobieszak, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CPP. The event was opened by Monika Michniak, President of the Management Board and CEO of CPP Toruń-Pacific.
Summit meeting, 2024-12-05
On December 5, a meeting was held in Warsaw between Wojciech B. Sobieszak, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific (CPP), and Aleksander Wasilewski, President of Nestle Polska S.A. The mainly courtesy meeting, which took place at the headquarters of Nestlé Polska, was an opportunity to summarize the main activities of both companies in 2024 and to indicate key, common goals that will be implemented in the future by both companies with a common owner, including in the field of supporting the development of regenerative agriculture in Poland.
